Prior to your use of Childrens Safety Centers, was there a history of domestic abuse (physical, verbal, emotional, sexual, etc.) between you and the other parent?



If so, do you feel safe from abuse by the other parent during visition because you are able to use the Childrens Safety Centers?




Do you feel that your child(ren) is/are safe during visits at the Childrens Safety Centers?



Would your fears be even greater if visits/exchanges were not supervised by the Childrens Safety Centers?



Is/are your child(ren) developing a safe, more constructive relationshp with the other parent while visiting them at the Childrens Safety Center?



Is there less conflict between you and the other parent in front of your child(ren) since you have been using the Childrens Safety Center?



Is the other parent more cooperative with child support payments since visiting at Childrens Safety Center?



Do you feel that you have been treated respectfully by Childrens Safety Centers?
